     Arson Task Force

Arson Task Force Needs Your Help

A number of recent fires in our community have been determined to be related acts of arson. The DC Fire and EMS Department is working around the clock to apprehend the person or persons responsible for these fires. To protect your safety and well being, the DC Fire and EMS Department is working with federal and regional partners on a special Arson Task Force to pursue evidence and leads obtained from these fires. Our partners are:

  • District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department
  • Prince George’s County Fire and EMS Department
  • Prince George’s County Police Department
  • Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives
  • Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office
  • Anne Arundel County Fire Department
  • Montgomery County Department of Fire & Rescue
  • Maryland State Police Department
  • Howard County Fire and Rescue Services Department
  • Alexandria City Fire Department
